All our iProperty Cloud solutions include application support as part of its monthly user subscription. Our standard support hours are 9am to 5pm (UK Times), Monday to Friday. However, we also provide 24/7 support for high demanding business requirements. Our application support can come in at different levels from 1st line support, 2nd line to 3rd line technical support. This can also include supporting external parties application issues subject to our agreement.
